Inhuman rights, by Carlo Bordini.

Men are born gregarious and divided into classes. Gregariousness is to be encouraged and stimulated to maintain the equilibrium of society.

All men must be encouraged to cultivate hysteria and xenophobia so as to maintain the gregarious structure of society and the cohesion of classes, nations, stations, genders, which alone can ensure a balanced development of human society.

Men have therefore the right to be:

– deceived
– beaten
– killed
– persecuted
– poisoned
– exploited
– incited one against the other

independently of their nationality, religion, race, or color, as long as this is part of a plan of socialization and aggregation of the human consortium.

All men have the right to stay alive as well as to freedom and personal security, compatibly with the requirements of socialization and aggregation of the human consortium and with the requirements of the economy and politics of each country.

No one may be detained or exiled without a valid justification (see preceding point).

All men have the right to entertain their own illusions, and to escape reality in ideological, religious, electronic, hedonistic, pornographic etc ways, as long as these methods are considered legitimate by the community to which they belong. Men have the right to have leaders and recognized chiefs.

Given that all men have the right to entertain their own illusions, no one may be persecuted for their own illusions, except for reasons of proven force majeure. In cases in which it becomes necessary, for the well-being of the human consortium, to destroy the illusions belonging to individuals or categories of individuals, those responsible for said destruction are required to rebuild new illusions for the above-mentioned individuals and above-mentioned categories.

Men have the right to go mad, to slit the throat of their fellow men, as long as this is justified in terms of human cohabitation and of equilibrium.

Every man has the right, if he has the possibility, to follow his own favorite television programs and, within the confines of his material possibilities, to use his free time as he wishes, to spend his vacations as he prefers, and to dedicate himself to the hobbies that seem to him most suited to his own personality.

Men have furthermore the right to exploit and starve their fellow men, if they prove themselves fit to do so and they have the capacity for it, and if theirs is not an ephemeral action but one that is grounded and capable of relating to others in the framework of the human consortium.

Men are united in factions that are in conflict with one another and they have the right to belong to them. Every man has the right to belong to a faction, an ethnic group, a religion, and to hate those who are not a part of them.

Men have the right to oppress their wives and their children, (for example: to mutilate their own daughters) as long as this is not done arbitrarily but on the basis of principles recognized by society.

Men have the right to engage in wars, as long as:
1. these be justified.
2. they possess the means and possibility to do so.

They may also kill animals, poison territories, cause desertification of regions, as long as this is done in the framework of rules agreed upon by the human consortium and does not prevent other men or other groups of men from pursuing the same activities.

they may betray, but at their own risk: the act of treason, should it not be successful, will not be recognized as justified, and will therefore be punished.

they may falsify history, as long as they have the power to do so lastingly.

They may keep other men as slaves, as long as this does not occur in disagreement with other factions or groups that keep other men enslaved.

They may spread fanatical ideas.

They may create religions and beliefs, and, if this does not disturb the equilibrium of the human consortium, they may fight against religions and beliefs.

they may pretend to help each other and to help humankind.

They may steal, as long as it does not prevent other men or groups of men from doing the same.

they may torture, even if such an action entails the need to be justified by ideologies, states of force majeure, religious motives or states of emergency, well-grounded requirements for the maintenance of public order, or, in any event, by higher motives.

all men may therefore torture their fellow men, as long as this is justified by circumstance, ideology, or common conviction.

Men have the right to kill their fellow men, as long as circumstances allow it (maintenance of order, wars, revolutions, police patrols, ethnic conflicts), or it is justified by the goals of human happiness or by religious or ethical considerations.

In cases in which actions of collective or individual butchery prove to be particularly suited to the spiritual needs of society and the moment, the men who have taken part in these butcheries may be considered as heroes or saints; their victims, however, have an equal right to be considered martyrs of the massacred side.

Men, in the face of the horrors that armed conflicts and conflicts of interest entail, have the right to maintain their mental health. They may therefore:

remove the consequences of their own actions;
consider their own iniquity as inevitable;
think they are in the right;
think they are acting for the good of humanity;
think that evil is in any event inevitable;
consider human beings, within the context of living beings, as the only ones entitled to have rights.

All men have the right to have good feelings.

I DIRITTI INUMANI

1. queste siano giustificate.

Possono diffondere idee fanatiche.

Essi possono quindi:

rimuovere le conseguenze delle proprie azioni;
considerare inevitabile la propria iniquità;
pensare di essere nel giusto;
pensare di agire per il bene dell’umanità;
pensare che il male sia comunque inevitabile;
